Terms of service

Last updated: 20 October 2026

ClickPlanet is a free online game run by Рафаел Остер ЕООД (Raphael Oester EOOD), a company registered in Bulgaria, EIK 206853249. Its registered address is БЪЛГАРИЯ, гр. София (1000), р-н Оборище, ул. Екзарх Йосиф 93, ет. партер (93 Ekzarh Yosif St., ground floor, Oborishte district, Sofia 1000, Bulgaria). On this page, "we" means that company. By playing, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not play.

The game

You click tiles on a globe to claim them for a country. Anyone can take a tile back at any time. Tiles, ranks and bonuses have no money value, cannot be sold or exchanged, and can be reset, changed or removed at any time, for example to undo cheating.

Accounts

When you click, your browser gets a guest account. If you sign in with a third-party service such as Discord, your ClickPlanet account is linked to that account. You are responsible for what is done with your account. The privacy policy says what data this uses.

Play fair

You must not:

• use bots, scripts, macros, auto-clickers or any other automation;
• play several accounts, or switch between accounts, to get more clicks;
• use several connections, addresses, VPNs or proxies to get more clicks;
• read or call the game's API other than through the website;
• attack, overload or try to break the game, its servers or its anti-cheat checks;
• exploit a bug instead of reporting it.

We detect cheating automatically and by hand. We can, without notice, pause your clicks, undo the tiles you took, ban your address or account, or block your network. If you think we made a mistake, email privacy@clickplanet.lol.

Chat and drawings

What you post in the chat is public, and so is what you draw on the map with tiles. You must not post or draw anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, spam, advertising, or other people's personal data, and you must not pretend to be someone else. This includes hateful symbols, such as Nazi symbols. You are responsible for what you post and draw. We can delete messages, block anyone from the chat, and remove a drawing by undoing its tiles.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you write. You allow us to show, store and share it inside the game, and to show screenshots of the map in which it appears.

Donations

Donations through Buy Me a Coffee are voluntary gifts to support the game. They give no advantage in the game and are not refunded by us.

No guarantee

The game is provided free, as it is, with no guarantee that it works, stays online or keeps your progress. We can change it, pause it or shut it down at any time. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using it.

Age

You must be at least 13 years old to play, or the minimum age required where you live if it is higher.

Changes

We can change these terms. We update this page and the date at the top. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. This does not remove any protection the law of your country gives you as a consumer.

Report illegal content

To report something illegal, press Report in the game, or email privacy@clickplanet.lol. Say where it is: the chat message, or the place on the map. Say why it is illegal.

Contact
